We can offer you advice on a range of issues around debt from; managing your finances, debt renegotiation, bankruptcy, IVA referral, debt write off and challenging a contracts terms and conditions.
Their are several options available to you and our assessment team will ask you some questions to find the best level of advice. We have self-help packs available right up to dedicated debt specialists (operating under Legal Aid) who can manage your case for you.

At the first interview we will begin by assessing the whole situation, for this we will need you to bring all relevant personal documentation –
- Your household’s total income, e.g. earnings and /or decision letters or bank statements with details of
- Income Support Job Seekers Allowance
- Pensions (state, private, occupational)
- Tax Credits ( CTC and WTC)
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Benefit
- Disability Living Allowance
- Attendance Allowance
- Incapacity Benefit
in addition to documentation related to your debts –
- these may be arrears of Council Tax, rent or mortgage, water, gas, Telephone or HP, bank loans, overdrafts, credit cards, fines, catalogues etc
- details of what you owe and to whom along with the original agreements if available
- the most recent correspondence from each creditor or the current collection agency if one is involved
- all court papers in relation to possession claims, possession orders or warrants of possession, money claims, county court judgments or warrants of execution.
